Shahid Siddique, based in Pakistan and Middle East, has a background in financial management. He is a Chartered Accountant by profession and has worked in different middle eastern countries including UAE, Qatar, Iran, Bahrain, at top management level for more than a decade. His areas of interest include financial management and auditing, international trade laws and management focussed on food industry. He has revamped the existing chain of organic foods into Vinca Biofoods.

Rizwan Siddique, based in Middle East, has a Masters degree in Management from IBM Lahore and has worked in Suzuki Motors. His interests include agrifarming, ensuring global aspects of health and quality in the farming, harvesting as well as in the supply chain from farms to international B2B consumers including preservation phases. His goal is to provide supply of year-round quality food at affordable rates round the globe.

Dr. Shafaqat Siddique has a doctoral degree in Mechanical Engineering from Technical University Dortmund Germany with previously earned Bachelors from University of Engineering and Technology Lahore Pakistan, and Masters from Technical University Hamburg Germany. He worked as a scientist at TU Dortmund. He has interests in standardization and quality control issues in industrial setups specially food processing plants focussing on international quality and hygiene standards.
